Buying a plot in one can mean no title, no utilities and no way to get your money back. These are the authorities’ own lists, shown in their words.SBCA (Sindh Building Control Authority) ki list mein 49 ghair qanooni ya ghair manzoor shuda housing schemes. Development authorities aisi housing schemes ki lists jaari karti hain jin ka manzoor shuda layout plan ya NOC nahi. In mein plot lene ka matlab ho sakta hai na milkiyat, na bijli-paani, na paisa wapas. Yeh idaron ki apni lists hain, unhi ke alfaaz mein.
