How it worksYeh kaise kaam karta hai
- A call or SMS: ‘Your debit card is blocked’ or ‘Rs 48,000 is being spent abroad, was it you?’.Call ya SMS: ‘Aap ka debit card block hai’ ya ‘Bahar Rs 48,000 kharch ho rahe hain, kya aap hain?’.
- The caller knows your name and bank, and maybe the last 4 digits of your card.Caller ko aap ka naam aur bank pata hota hai, shayad card ke aakhri 4 digit bhi.
- To ‘reverse’ or ‘unblock’, they ask for the full card number, expiry, CVV and the OTP.‘Reverse’ ya ‘unblock’ ke liye poora card number, expiry, CVV aur OTP maangte hain.
